林凡眯着眼,Transitioning from a state of semi-consciousness to full wakefulness, he stretched his legs, almost hitting the floor. The room was small, the air stuffy, and the only source of light was the faint glow filtering through the cracks in the window blinds. He grumbled softly to himself, "Another day of scraping by." His stomach rumbled again, a familiar companion since the previous night. He pushed himself up, the stiff bed groaning in protest. He made some instant noodles, the cheap kind that tasted like cardboard but kept the hunger at bay. Just as he was about to eat, his hand accidentally knocked something off the table. It clattered to the ground, and when he弯腰 to pick it up, he noticed it was a small, silver-colored object. It looked like a pendant, but it wasn't on a chain. Curious, he picked it up and flipped it over in his hand.
